How car hire works on Garify
Find a vehicle, check the full price and book the dates you need. Here is what happens at each stage.
Choose dates and review the cost
Select your pickup and return dates. The price is calculated from the listed daily rate and number of hire days, plus the Garify service fee shown before payment. Garify does not add a security deposit.
Pay to reserve
For an online booking, sign in or create a client account and complete payment. An unpaid request does not reserve the vehicle. After Garify confirms full payment, those dates are blocked so they cannot be booked again.
Owner confirms and hands over
The vehicle owner receives the paid request and confirms that the vehicle is ready. At pickup, follow the handover checklist to record its condition, mileage and fuel level with photos where needed.
Return and close the trip
Return the vehicle on the agreed date, review its condition with the owner and complete the return checklist. Any supported extra charges or dispute follow the booking workflow before the trip is closed.
