Everything you need to know about booking, payments and verification before your next trip.

Garify is a vehicle hire marketplace that helps clients find and book cars from vehicle owners using transparent daily pricing, verification and a guided booking process.

For an online booking, Garify reserves the selected dates after full payment is confirmed. An unpaid online request does not block the vehicle calendar. An owner or admin may also record an active direct reservation for a hire arranged outside online checkout.

No. Garify does not charge a security deposit. The client pays the rental total plus the Garify service fee shown before payment.

Successful payment reserves the selected dates and sends the paid booking request to the vehicle owner. The owner then confirms readiness or declines; eligible declined bookings are queued for refund.

Yes. An owner or Garify admin can record a direct hire, its dates, rental amount and payment received. The Garify service fee still applies and is tracked separately. Check the agreed amount and pickup details with the owner.

Clients can provide a national ID or passport, a valid driving licence and a clear profile photo for verification.
